states official visit to another 5 states
All these
had a beginning in Tirunelveli Branch in August 1969
Still I can
recall many names-
MS Venkatraman Mahadevan Somasundaram T P Kalyanasundaram DRP Sundaram , Mandhiram Pillai Desikan,
Ramani ,Krishnans Jana , Joysingh Seetharaman and so on
I am still maintaining FB friendship with Ms TPK DRPsS and Joysingh
Now place
and appearance are totally changed
My idea was
just to enter the branch, have a glimpse of the counters and come back
But what
happened was a surprise – a pleasant surprise
When I was
just coming out Mr Paramasivan CM called me to his Cabin and enquired with
genuine concern what for I came and simply walked out
I introduced
myself and told him that this is my First Branch
He felt very
happy and pleased and offered me tea
I also felt happy
that Canbank Tradition is kept alive still
