Is the sentence OK?  If not, what is the mistake?

ANSWER

Soak in the SUN, sleep early and tight to avoid myopia

The sentence is OK but I got confused about the meaning of TIGHT in this context

And I thought it may be fight

Then I found that saying “Sleep tight “Is a way wishing sleep well
